Dr. Lindsay McCrady, DVM

Dr. Lindsay McCradyis a Tucson native and more specifically is from the Vail area.  She grew up in the Vail school district on 20 acres and developed a love for nature and all the creatures the desert had to offer.  She attended Old Vail when it was just K-8th grade and then Acacia when it opened.  She then attended Sabino High School and graduated in 2001.  She went on to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Medicine with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Arizona in 2005. Dr. McCrady then attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University where she graduated Cum Laude in 2009. She then elected to pursue specialty training and completed a small animal medicine and surgery rotating internship in Tampa, Florida at North Bay Animal and Bird Hospital as well as Florida Veterinary Specialists, now Blue Pearl.  Dr. McCrady moved back to Tucson, AZ in 2010 to be closer to family and join the hospital where she had been a technician during her four years of undergraduate studies. It is also the hospital to which she owes her work ethic and love of veterinary medicine. She practiced advanced general medicine, surgery and critical care at a large 24 hour small animal/exotic practice for over 10 years. While doing this, she became both Intern Director and Medical Director of a highly respected internship program and veterinary facility. She lead over 21 doctors and helped ensure only gold standard medicine was offered. She shares her dreams and passion with her fiancé and together they have 5 furry children.  Two French bull dogs named Carley Bernice Petunia and another named Delilah Rose.  They also have a kelpie named Stella and two beautiful cats, one of whom is a tripod.  Dr. McCrady is honored to be able to say that she has followed in her sisters footsteps every step of her career.  She is now proud to be standing by Dr. Alexis Roth’s side pursuing their childhood dream of opening a state of the art multispecies veterinary practice in the community in which they both grew up.
